Abstract
Malignant granular cell tumor is an exceedingly rare tumor and only a few cases are documented in the literature. We report a malignant granular cell tumor of the subcutaneous tissue of the thigh in a 59-year-old man, and discuss the ultrastructural and immunocytochemical findings and their diagnostic value. Keywords
