Abstract
The algal vegetation on exposed chalk cliff surfaces, tunnels, caves and embankments in the neighborhood of Westgate, England, were studied in detail and compared to the flora at Beachy Head. Four belts were recognized Fucus, Enter omorpha, Chrysophyceae and Endoderma. Species comprising each of these belts are listed and classified according to communities. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
