Abstract
A 73-year-old male was seen with atrial flutter. During pressure on the carotid sinus the ecg (Lead V2) showed an increase of the flutter rate and appearance of atrial fibrillation. The fibrillation persisted for 2 days and then spontaneously reverted to sinus rhythm.Keywords
