Abstract
RNA isolated from yeast S. cerevisiae containing recombinant plasmid DNA coding for a human leukocyte interferon gene was used as template in a modified yeast cell-free translation system. Radioactive as well as biologically active leukocyte interferon was synthesized. This publication has 18 references indexed in Scilit:
