Unaltered Plasma Prolactin Levels in Men After Administration of Synthetic LH-Releasing Hormone

Abstract
Plasma prolactin levels were not consistently changed by administration of a dose of synthetic LH-RH which released LH and, to a lesser extent, FSH in 19 normal men. Pretreatment with large doses of estrogen, progesterone, or their combination for three days did not affect the release of prolactin.
