Abstract
Data on the x-ray induced reaction of ascorbic acid in simple inorganic solution, in solutions containing serum albumin, in plasma, and in muscle have been presented. The reaction occurred in the presence of serum albumin and in human plasma but was relatively small in excised rat muscle.Keywords
