Abstract
The liver is the chief source of renin-activator and its removal or damage by toxic substances in normal and hypertensive dogs reduces the renin-activator content of plasma and hence the pressor response to injected renin. The pressor response to angiotonin and the angiotonin-activator of blood remain unaffected by these procedures.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
