Abstract
About 85% of the amino-N in fresh diphtheria toxins remained free in completely detoxified toxoids prepared by incubation with formaldehyde. Toxins were treated under oxidizing and reducing conditions for periods equivalent to about 1/40 of the time allowed for toxoiding; toxoid was not produced.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
