A preliminary study of infantile diarrhea in Kuwait.

Abstract
Nine hundred forty inpatient cases of diarrhea in infants aged 4 weeks to 2 years were analyzed. The incidence and case fatality rate were high. The peak incidence occurred in autumn. The relationship between climate anf fly population with infantile diarrhea was demonstrated. The effect of malnutrition on the morbidity, case severity, and fatality was striking.
