Abstract
Using a high-pressure liquid chromatographic technique, plasma psoralen levels were measured in patients receiving total-body topical photochemotherapy (PUVA). Levels comparable with those found during oral 8-methoxypsoralen (8-MOP) treatment were observed, suggesting that topical therapy has no advantage over the oral route as far as the hazards of systemic therapy are concerned. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
