Diffuse Bilateral Wilms's Tumor Simulating Multicystic Renal Disease

Abstract
This is a rare entity, which in our patient and in two previously reported cases closely simulated multicystic kidneys on both excretion urography and retrograde pyelography. In suspected bilateral multicystic disease of the kidneys, diffuse bilateral Wilms''s tumor should be considered as a rare but real differential diagnostic possibility.
