Abstract
Investigates the awareness of the public of their rights in the buyer‐seller relationship. Presents evidence gathered from a questionnaire analysed by age, sex and socio‐economic grouping. Suggests that awareness of rights is most prominently linked to socio‐economic grouping.Keywords
