Abstract
Two cases of megaloblastic anemia in infancy have improved following treatment with vitamin B12. A third case failed to respond to this factor but subsequently responded to pteroylglutamic acid (folic acid). It is suggested that megaloblastic anemia may be a syndrome which embraces more than one entity. Keywords
