Abstract
The resolution of optical isomers as diastereomeric derivatives by high performance liquid chromatography is reviewed. The application of the method to biologically important compounds, e.g., steroids, benzo[a]pyrene metabolites, carboxylic acids, amino acids and peptides, is discussed. This publication has 52 references indexed in Scilit:
