Abstract
Grapefruit (Citrus paradisi Macf.) trees were irrigated for 14 years at interval of 18 to 40 days. Water stress due to irrigation at long intervals reduced vegetative development and yield. Cumulative water consumption, yields and canopy volume were closely correlated. Keywords
