Abstract
A strain of M. tetragenus isolated from a patient was subjected to various exptl. procedures known to favor microbic dissociation. Aging in agar or in broth and residence in vivo were most effective. As a result 11 variant forms were encountered, namely, mucoid-yellow, yellow, mu-coid-white, white, small-white, translucent, mucoid-pink, pink, pink-yellow, brown and a bacillary form. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
