WITH the advent of the clinical popularity of the use of phenothiazine derivatives in organic diseases and in psychochemotherapy, reports of profound side effects are beginning to appear.1 2 3 4 The following severe reaction to perphenazine was recently observed.Case ReportS.G., a 20-year-old pregnant woman, had been essentially well and was enjoying good health, except for moderately severe nausea and vomiting of pregnancy.
