Abstract
The use of the bone dust technique of cranioplasty, in a case of neglected basal cell carcinoma of the scalp, is described. A minor modification of the technique was the covering of the bone paste with a layer of oxycellulose, to protect it from disruption and to provide a matrix for new bone growth. A rapid restoration of a sizeable portion of the bony cranial vault was achieved. Keywords
