Abstract
Sixteen chemical agents comprising some fungicides commonly used as surface protectants, systemic chemicals, antibiotics and a bactericide were tested for in vitro activity against germination of conidia of the peach canker fungi, Cytospora cincta and C. leucostoma. Among them, Aureofungin, cyclo-heximide and hydroxyquinoline compounds, Myxin, ferbam, dodine and Kolo-100 were highly inhibitory at relatively low concentrations, that is, 1 to 10 ppm active ingredient. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
