Abstract
Hyperimmunoglobulinaemia D and periodic fever syndrome was observed in a female patient with erythema eievatum diutinum. The association of this skin disease with hyperimmunoglohnlinaemia D may indicate a pathogenetic relationship. The skin lesions responded to dapsone therapy. Keywords
