Abstract
An unusual instance of so-called "lipoplastic" lymphadenopathy involving the pelvic and retroperitoneal lymph nodes is reported.The lymph node abnormality was discovered by intravenous urography and better defined by lymphangiography.The etiology is not known, but it may represent a metaplastic process triggered by previous inflammation.Keywords
