Abstract
We have extended and improved our previous studies of the system, paying special attention to the channels. The new results clarify and reinforce the molecule interpretation of the and . Effective meson-meson potentials extracted from the system and couplings to scalar mesons lead to coupled-channel amplitudes which closely resemble those observed in both the and channels. We also show that the molecules have properties consisent with experimental results on the production of the and and of low-mass pairs.
