Abstract
The incorporation of HLA antigens into liposomes was described. At and above the lipid-phase-transition temperature, between 50 and 80% of the added antigenic activity may be incorporated into liposomes in the form of multilamellar vesicles. The antigen appears to be asymmetrically oriented with respect to the lipid bilayer. This publication has 16 references indexed in Scilit:
