Abstract
1. During the absorption of olive oil in the rat there is a transient development of clearing activity in the plasma.2. In rats given a fat‐free diet there is a complete absence of plasma clearing activity; the slight activity which may occur in plasma from animals on a normal diet disappears.3. The clearing activity of plasma during fat absorption is destroyed by incubation at 37° C. for 2 hours. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
