Abstract
Beschreibung eines Berstungsbruches des Atlas nach Jefferson, kombiniert mit einer atlanto-okzipitalen Luxation nach vorn. Der Nachweis dieser Verletzungen erfolgt vorwiegend im Schichtbild. Description of a disruption fracture of the atlas as described by Jefferson combined with atlanto-occipital anterior luxation. Demonstration of this injury depends principally on tomography. Description d'une fracture par éclatement de l'atlas du type Jefferson combinée à une luxation atlanto-occipitale en avant. La mise en évidence de ces lésions se fait essentiellement par l'examen tomographique. Descripción de un caso de fractura por estallido del atlas de Jefferson combinada con una luxación atlanto-occipital hacia adelante. La demostración de estas lesiones aparece preponderantemente en la tomografía.Keywords
