Abstract
The formation of the different types of dislocations in molybdenite is discussed. An interpretation based on the occurrence of growth faults in natural crystals is advanced which explains the existence of dissociated and undissociated dislocations. In addition, features of dislocation ribbons and dislocation networks as well as the kinds of interactions observed between dislocations are analyzed. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
