Abstract
After the extraction of a maxillary anterior tooth, a gingival deformity may occur due to the loss of the labial plate of bone. This often creates an esthetic problem in the construction of a fixed partial denture. In the past, various surgical techniques were devised to eliminate this gingival defect. A technique using durapatite is discussed. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
