Abstract
The antepartum death of a fetus in a twin pregnancy is associated with significant risk of mortality and morbidity in the surviving infant. A recent case of single intrauterine death in a suspected monozygotic twin pregnancy at a regional hospital prompted a study of similar cases in the hospital's recent experience and a review of the current literature. We report the successful conservative management of fetal death in a monozygotic twin pregnancy. Keywords
