Abstract
With the peripheral blood leukocytes of a donor experimentally sensitized to Ascaris lumbricoides (pig) by weekly intracutaneous injections of this antigen 3 transfer sites were prepared on each of 3 monsensitive recipients. Into each site 0.05 ml of a 1:10 cell suspension was injected. Testing of the sites 11 days later resulted in specific, markedly positive, immediate reactions to Ascaris in one of the 3 recipients. At the time of cell procurement (day 45) the donor manifested moderate delayed-type and slight immediate-type responses to skin tests with Ascaris. This case differed from an earlier one in which both forms of Ascaris sensitivity had been transferred simultaneously to one of several nonsensitive recipients tried. Keywords
