Abstract
Radiative lifetimes of fifteen levels of Ca I have been measured using pulsed laser excitation and a single-photon counting technique. An influence of perturbing states on the lifetimes was observed in the 4sns 1S0 sequence at n=14 and in the 4snd 1D2 series around n=9.Keywords
