Abstract
It was previously shown that neutron bombardment produced new traps in a zinc sulfide phosphor. These were interpreted as electron traps on the model of Klasen and Schoen. The new model proposed by Lambe and Klick for cadmium sulfide may be used here. This new model gives a better interpretation of the dielectric constant changes observed on neutron-irradiated samples, and is consistent with the rest of the data. Keywords
