Abstract
Cytomegalic virus inclusion bodies were demonstrated in twin placentas and in both infants. This is the 4th report in English language literature. The case also demonstrated interlocking of the fetal heads requiring decapitation of the dead twin in order to deliver the surviving twin. The survivor showed gross stigmas of cytomegalic viral disease.
