Abstract
The rate constants for the anomerization and isomerization reactions catalysed by glucose‐phosphate isomerase (EC 5.3.1.9) are determined from kinetic measurements by non‐linear optimization technique, employing the simplest reaction pathway with only one enzyme‐substrate complex.This publication has 20 references indexed in Scilit:
