Abstract
A modified, technically improved latex fixation test is described to determine endpoint detection of rheumatoid factors in sera from patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The new test system may be less sensitive to small variations in .gamma.-globulin preparations. Use of rheumatoid factor analysis is suggested for clinical diagnosis and epidemiological purposes.
