Abstract
The cluster‐star equations are inverted by using the general Möbius inversion formula. Since Uhlenbeck and Ford have many instances of systems of equations to which general Möbius inversion can be applied, this paper first presents a general survey of Möbius inversion, then some graph terminology, and finally the cluster‐star inversion. Keywords
