Abstract
MACYELLA postgonoporus, from Ixoreus naevius, is sistinguished from all aother genera of Pleurogenetinae by the presence of a marginal, postacetabular genital pore. The subfamilies Pleurogenetinae Looss, 1899, Gyrabascinae Macy, 1935, are emended and Palitreminae Gogate, 1939, is considered a synonym of Pleurogenetinae. Keys to the genera of Pleurogenetinae and Gyrabascinae are included.Keywords
