Time Operators, Partial Stationarity, and the Energy-Time Uncertainty Relation

Abstract
The reciprocal time operator which is suggested by the notion of partial stationarity is shown to permit an unambiguous and nonsingular statement of the energy-time uncertainty relation.Keywords
