Abstract
Summary Analysis of the nucleic acid of infectious bronchitis virus by SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis revealed an RNA of molecular weight 9.0×106 Daltons. The RNA was shown to have a sedimentation coefficient of 50.Keywords
