Abstract
We report a case of infectious osteitis pubis following a first trimester abortion in a female seropositive for the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Joint aspiration yielded Pseudomonas aeruginosa and the patient was successfully treated with oral ciprofloxacin.Keywords
