Abstract
Gallium-67 scans correctly distinguished abdominal abscess from mural inflammation in 6 patients with Crohn's disease in whom abscess was suspected. Interpretation of the 48-h scan proved easiest and was aided by the use of bowel preparation to remove marker from lumen of the gut.Keywords
