Abstract
A computer model to simulate ELF injection from an ELF ionospheric source in the 60–90 km region of the ionosphere is described. Results are presented for the geomagnetic location of the high‐power auroral simulation (HIPAS) facility. These results include the efficiency of the ELF source with altitude and a contour plot of the ELF magnetic field intensity on the ground below the source. Keywords
