Abstract
In 8 Lutheran-negative patients transfused with Lutheran-positive blood, 2 developed antibodies. One of these patients is described in detail. There was no clinical evidence of incompatibility. There are strongly and weakly acting Lutheran-positive cells L1 and L2 analogous to A1 and A2 groups.Keywords
