Abstract
A newly developed tissue pH electrode designed for continuous pH monitoring was evaluated in 61 fetuses during labor. The results obtained in this series confirm the reliability of this method. The correlation coefficient between tissular pH and capillary blood pH is 0.94. The correlation coefficient between the last intrapartum tissue pH and the umbilical arterial blood pH is 0.84. Bei 61 Feten wurde unter der Geburt eine neuentwickelte Gewebe-pH-Elektrode zur kontinuierlichen pH-Messung geprüft. Die Ergebnisse dieser Versuchsserie rechtfertigen die Zuverlässigeit dieser Methode. Der Korrelationskoeffizient zwischen den pH-Werten des Gewebes und dem Kapillarblut betrug 0,94. Der Korrelationskoeffizient zwischen den letzten intrapartalen Gewebe-pH-Werten und den pH-Werten aus dem Nabelarterienblut betrug 0,84.Keywords
