Digital processing technique for suppressing the interfering outputs in the image from an inline hologram

Abstract

An inline holographic system suitable for long-wavelength holography is studied by computer simulation. A digital processing technique for the reduction of the interfering outputs in the reconstructed image is given. Results arc compared with those obtained from direct phase and amplitude recording.
