Abstract
Displacement and ionization kerma calculations have been performed for silicon using cross sections from the ENDF/B Version IV MAT 1194 evaluation. Kerma were calculated by the code KMART, which is an extension of the MACK code. The present ionization results are in excellent agreement with recent measurements. Keywords
