Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 26-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of a question of dilated cardiomyopathy and a stroke.She was well until six days earlier, when she went out with friends. On the following morning the patient experienced a severe headache and nausea and remained home during the next two days. A friend noticed that she felt "warm." Three days before admission the patient was found lying on her bathroom floor, confused. It was observed that food and drink brought by her friends two days earlier were untouched.
