Abstract

By investigations in the systems Ca-Cu-P(As) we found two ternary phases of the formulas CaCuP and CaCuAs, which crystallize in a hexagonal lattice. We suppose a modified Ni₂lntype structure. Some details about a Calcium Copper Phosphide with a ThCr₂Si₂-type structure are given
