Abstract
The clinical, radiologic, and pathologic features of an arteriosclerotic celiax axis aneurysm, occurring in an 81-year old woman, are described. Death was caused by its rupture into the right pleural cavity. The use of radiology as a diagnostic tool is discussed and a brief review of the recent literature on such rare aneurysms is included. Keywords
