Abstract
Detailed knowledge of the development of the larvae and nymphs of the oribatoid mites is virtually non-existent. Dr. Edward W. Baker, of the Entomology Research Branch, U. S. Department of Agriculture has stated (personal communication) that there is no literature available by which the immature stages of this group of mites can be identified. Keywords
