Abstract
OBJECTIVE. The purpose of our study was to describe the clinical and radiologic features of epithelioid hemangioendothelioma of the pleura.CONCLUSION. Pleural epithelioid hemangioendothelioma is an uncommon malignancy that typically affects older men, who present with chest pain and dyspnea. This lesion manifests on chest radiographs and CT scans with unilateral pleural fluid and nodular pleural thickening and appears similar to diffuse pleural carcinomatosis or mesothelioma. Keywords
